THURSDAY NIGHT GROUP RUN

Every Thursday evening we enjoy a group run through the streets of downtown Douglasville.  Our runs begin promptly at 7pm so plan to arrive a few minutes early to meet everyone.  All distances welcome but we usually run a 6 mile route and no one is left behind. The park also has a small track that can be utilized by member who are wanting to start slow while building up to running.  Don't worry someone will stay with you to help show you the way.  The park also has bathrooms with running water!
